What information do we collect when you contact us?

How do we use it?

We believe user privacy and data protection are human rights and that we have a duty of care to the people within our data.

As a client, supplier, we need to know your name, email address, residential or office address. This allows us to access and pay for or receive payment for products and services.

We also ask for your telephone number (s) so that we can contact you if there is a problem with your enquiry.

If we have other business relationships with you – as a contact, referral partner etc, we also need to keep current contact data in order to be able to reach you.

How we store your personal information

We store your basic contact details in Microsoft Outlook and a Sage accounting package. All computers and devices that have access to this information are password protected or held in a locked fire safe, which is also where our hard drive back-ups are stored after each back-up procedure.

Will Agenda Communication disclose the information it collects to outside parties?

We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others. We only share your contact information when we have your specific permission or when required to do so by law.

Our Third-Party Data Processors

We use third parties to process personal data on our behalf such as for accounting purposes. These third parties have been carefully chosen and all of them comply with the legislation set out above.

Data Breaches

We will report any unlawful data breach of our own data or of our third-party data processors to any and all relevant persons and authorities within 72 hours of the breach if it is apparent that personal data stored in an identifiable manner has been stolen.
