IPEX Employee Insights Exercise

We engaged agenda to carry out an internal employee survey; we had just gone through a period of hiring new members of staff and trying to bring them into the culture we were creating at IPEX, and wanted to see how they were fitting in with the longer serving staff members and to gain any fresh ideas of the good bad and the ugly.

Heather and Alison held a consultation with the three directors of the business to gain an understanding of our requirements, our perception of the culture and what we wanted from the business.

Following on from this, they carried out 121s with the management team and then a group session with all the members of staff (excluding ourselves) to carry out an honest, anonymised feedback session.

Everything that came back from the survey was honest, tangible and real information that we could use to the benefit of the company as a whole.

I wouldn’t hesitate to use agenda again, everything was carried out professionally, from the sessions to the documents that we have used to implement change in our business. Even when we had struggled to stick to our timescales, they fitted in with our business and worked at our pace, a great service. A worthwhile exercise for any business and even better if you use agenda for it.
